1. GENERAL
1.1 Parties and scope
These campaign terms (the "Campaign Terms") supplement the Terms of Services of Kvarn Capital Ltd (the "Agreement") and govern the monthly savings bonus campaign (the "Campaign") organised by Kvarn Capital Ltd (the "Company"). By participating in the Campaign, the Participant accepts these Campaign Terms.
1.2 Relationship with the Agreement
These Campaign Terms are supplementary to and form part of the Agreement in the Campaigns context. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Campaign Terms, the provisions of the Agreement – including, but not limited to, sections 10 (Company's Liability and Indemnification), 11 (Restriction and Suspension of the Service), 12 (Term and Termination), 13 (General Provisions), 16 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) and 19 (Regulatory Requirements of the Company) – apply to the Campaign in full. In the event of a conflict, these Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of the Campaign.
1.3 Marketing communication
All content relating to the Campaign outside these Campaign Terms, including the Campaign landing page and promotional materials, constitutes solely marketing communications. Nothing in such content shall be construed as investment advice, an investment recommendation or a solicitation to make investment decisions. The Participant must always assess any investment decisions independently, based on the Participant's own circumstances, and seek independent professional advice where necessary.
2. DEFINITIONS
Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. In addition, the following definitions apply:
- "Bonus" means the one-time monetary bonus payable by the Company to the Participant upon fulfilment of the conditions set out in these Campaign Terms.
- "Bonus Tier" means the tiered bonus structure set out in section 4.1.
- "Campaign Period" means the period during which the Campaign is active, as specified on the Campaign landing page on the Service. As of the date of drafting these Campaign Terms, the Campaign Period is 1 April 2026 – 30 April 2026.
- "Participant" means a new Client who has created an Account during the Campaign Period and who participates in the Campaign in accordance with these Campaign Terms.
- "Qualification Period" means the period of three (3) consecutive calendar months during which the Participant's Monthly Savings Plan (as defined in section 1.4 of the Agreement) must remain continuously active at or above the applicable Bonus Tier threshold.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND CAMPAIGN PERIOD
3.1 The Campaign is open exclusively to new Clients of the Company. To be eligible, the Participant must:
- create an Account during the Campaign Period;
- activate a Monthly Savings Plan during the Campaign Period;
- maintain the Monthly Savings Plan continuously active for the entire Qualification Period; and
- maintain the monthly savings amount at or above the applicable Bonus Tier threshold throughout the Qualification Period.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Participant qualifies as a new Client. Such determination shall be final and binding.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to verify the Participant's eligibility at any time, including verification of identity, Account status and compliance with these Campaign Terms and the Agreement.
3.4 The Campaign is valid during the Campaign Period. The Company reserves the right to modify the duration of the Campaign, terminate it early or extend it without prior notice, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
4. BONUS TIERS AND CONDITIONS
4.1 Bonus Tiers
The Bonus amount is determined by the Participant's monthly savings amount maintained throughout the Qualification Period:

4.2 Tier determination and one-Bonus limit
Each Participant may receive only one (1) Bonus, corresponding to the highest Bonus Tier continuously maintained throughout the Qualification Period.
4.3 Continuous activity
The Monthly Savings Plan must remain continuously active, without interruption, for the entire Qualification Period. The Company may deny the Bonus in whole or in part if the Participant:
- cancels the Monthly Savings Plan during the Qualification Period;
- reduces the monthly savings amount below the applicable Bonus Tier threshold;
- fails to execute a scheduled monthly savings transaction; or
- otherwise breaches these Campaign Terms or the Agreement.
5. BONUS PAYMENT
5.1 The Bonus shall be paid after the completion of the Qualification Period, or after the end of the Campaign Period, at the time and in the manner specified by the Company.
5.2 The Bonus shall be credited to the Participant's Account, or paid by such other method as the Company may specify.
5.3 The Bonus shall only be paid to Participants whose Account is valid, in compliance with the Agreement and not subject to any restrictions, suspected misuse or deficiencies in identification at the time of the Campaign or at the time of payment.
5.4 The Participant is solely responsible for any tax consequences arising from the receipt of the Bonus. The Company does not provide tax advice.
6. RESTRICTIONS
6.1 The Campaign may not be combined with any other campaigns, benefits or bonuses offered by the Company, unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign, and to deny or reclaim the Bonus from, any Participant who:
- acts fraudulently or dishonestly;
- provides false or misleading information;
- attempts to exploit the Campaign contrary to these Campaign Terms;
- uses multiple Accounts or other arrangements to obtain additional Bonuses; or
- otherwise acts unlawfully or contrary to the interests of the Company.
7. CAMPAIGN-SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS
7.1 Without limiting sections 10 and 13.7 of the Agreement, the Company shall not be liable for any technical disruptions, service outages or system errors that may prevent or impede participation in the Campaign or receipt of the Bonus.
7.2 Any calculations, examples and illustrations presented on the Campaign landing page or in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. They are based on assumptions and do not constitute a guarantee of future returns or of the receipt of the Bonus.
7.3 The Company does not provide investment advice. Investing in crypto-assets involves significant risks, including the risk of losing the entire invested capital. The value of crypto-assets can rise or fall rapidly. Historical performance is not a guarantee of future returns.
8. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data in connection with the Campaign is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.kvarnx.com/en/legal-terms-and-policies/
9. AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATION
9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Campaign Terms, the Bonus Tiers and the Campaign Period without prior notice, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
9.2 The Company shall have the right to the final interpretation of the Campaign and these Campaign Terms.
9.3 These Campaign Terms are available in Finnish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Finnish version shall prevail.
